Railhead Industrial Park is the only industrial center in North Texas offering dual rail service and providing the best rail service in Dallas/Ft. Worth. Union Pacific Railroad borders the park to the west. On the east, there is direct access to Burlington Northern Santa Fe and one of its major NAFTA operations yards — providing distributors the potential for a one-day low-cost turnaround. To the west, Union Pacific line borders the park serving the multiple lead tracks serving the park. Industrial facilities located in Railhead Industrial park have the ability to receive two rail switches a day, one from BNSF and one from UP. This provides the best rail service in North Texas.
Railhead Fort Worth occupies both the northwest and southwest corners of the intersection of Northeast Loop 820 and Blue Mound Road (FM 156) — less than two miles west of Interstate 35W, the NAFTA Superhighway. Railhead has frontage on both the north and south sides of Loop 820 providing maximum visibility and access. Railhead is only 25 minutes from DFW International Airport and just 10 minutes from downtown Fort Worth.
Railhead Fort Worth has been master planned to present distributors the option to purchase or lease space. Contracts for build-to-suit facilities and land sales are available immediately to users wishing to build facilities. Building for lease or purchase are also available for occupancy.
When totally developed, the Railhead Industrial Park will occupy 583.5 acres and offer approximately ten million square feet of industrial, office and warehouse space.
